Expert advisory and program design support for organisations and individuals delivering youth programs, cultural engagement, and creative learning initiatives.
This work is grounded in a participant-led methodology that prioritises agency, voice, and creative ownership for young people. Rather than relying on prescriptive or top-down programming, the approach equips organisations and facilitators to create the conditions for young people to lead—shaping their own ideas, concepts, and creative direction. This results in deeper engagement, stronger participation, and more meaningful outcomes.

Support may include program design and refinement, facilitator guidance, and strategic input on embedding creative practice into existing services. The focus is on developing approaches that are both structured and adaptable, ensuring programs remain responsive to the needs, voices, and lived experiences of young people.

This work is applicable across both First Nations and non-Indigenous youth contexts, and is designed to be responsive to a wide range of cultural, community, and organisational settings. It can be embedded within regional and remote communities as well as metropolitan youth and mental health services seeking more effective, participant-led approaches to engagement and wellbeing. The methodology can be applied to both group and one to one settings.
Designed for mental health workers, youth workers, educators, teachers, and organisations seeking to integrate creative practice as a purposeful and structured pathway for expression, connection, and engagement.
